1 Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering for, or using the King88 platform in any way, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document, including King88's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines.

2 Member Eligibility

3 Registration & Account Management

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) King88 account only. Registering more than one account — whether under the same name, a different phone number, a different email address, or by any other means — is a breach of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of winnings.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. False or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure. King88 reserves the right to request identity document verification, such as a MyKad, at any time.

3.3 Account Security

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Do not share your password with anyone. King88 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your own negligence.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

King88 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods only. No foreign payment methods are accepted.

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will not be processed and will be returned in full without any liability to King88.

5 Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals may only be made to an account or e-wallet registered in your own name, using the same method as your most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.

5.2 Processing Times

• King88 VIP Members: Within 15 minutes of the request being approved.
• Regular Members: Within 2 hours on business days (Monday to Friday, 9am – 11pm).
• Weekends & public holidays: Within 4 hours.

5.3 Daily Withdrawal Limits

The daily withdrawal limit is RM100,000 for regular members and RM500,000 for VIP members. For amounts exceeding this limit, please contact the King88 support team in advance to make special arrangements.

5.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

Withdrawals exceeding RM5,000 within 30 days may require additional identity verification. King88 reserves the right to request a copy of your MyKad and bank statement as part of its standard KYC process.

6 Bonuses, Promotions & VIP Rewards

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by King88 are subject to the rollover requirements (wagering requirements) stated in each offer. These conditions must be fully met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.

6.2 Welcome Bonus

Welcome bonus of up to RM600 awarded to new members who make a minimum first deposit of RM30. This bonus is subject to a 20x rollover requirement on the bonus value within 30 days.

6.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibition

King88 strictly prohibits any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.
• Use of betting strategies intended to "grind" bonuses without genuine risk.
• Colluding with other players to fraudulently fulfil rollover requirements.

6.4 King88 VIP Programme

7 Game Rules

King88 is not liable for any losses resulting from interruptions to your internet connection. Games disconnected due to issues on the player's end will be settled based on the outcome recorded by the system at the time of disconnection.

8 Sports Betting

8.1 Official Results

King88 uses official results from the relevant sporting authorities — FAM for the Malaysian Super League, UEFA for European leagues, and BWF for badminton — as the basis for settling all bets. Results displayed on the King88 platform are for reference purposes only.

8.2 Postponed or Cancelled Matches

• Matches cancelled before kick-off: All bets will be fully refunded.
• Matches stopped after the 45th minute (first half completed): 1X2 and Asian Handicap bets are settled based on the score at the time of stoppage.
• Matches suspended and resumed within 48 hours: Bets remain valid.

8.3 Odds Errors

King88 reserves the right to void any bet accepted at odds that are clearly the result of a technical error or input mistake. The wagered amount will be fully refunded to the player's account.

9 Prohibited Activities & Fraud Prevention

• Use of automation software, bots, or scripts to play or win bets.
• Hacking, manipulation, or any attempt to breach King88's systems.
• Bonus abuse in any form.
• Money laundering or the unauthorised transfer of funds through the King88 platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Use of confidential or insider information that provides an unfair advantage in betting.
• Opening an account on behalf of a third party or placing bets based on instructions from a third party.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Closure by Player

You may close your King88 account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, please ensure all eligible balances have been withdrawn. Any unclaimed balance remaining 90 days after the closure request will be forfeited.

10.2 Closure by King88

King88 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if:

• There is evidence of fraud, misconduct, or a breach of terms.
• The player has failed to provide the requested identity verification documents.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• There is a directive from a regulatory body or legal authority.
